28,29,30,31 and 32                 Now raise both your arms up, locking the fingers together; upturn your palms towards the sky. Gently raise your whole body on the toes, stretch up little more. Walk on toes for half minute.

33, 34 and 35       Now rising the arms above head walk on heels for half minute.

36 and 37             Now legs apart bend forward and touch the ground with palms flat on the ground and bend as much as possible.

BENEFITS:           These exercises stretch the feet and ankles and aid the flexibility of the feet and ankles. They also prevent and aid in getting relief from plantar fasciitis calf muscle cramps, restless leg syndromes and many other foot related problems.
