  1. Bend both your knees & place the soles of the feet together in front as close to your body as you can. Holding the feet with your palms, move the thighs up & down like the wings of butterfly.
  2. Now stretch both the legs forward. Take the right leg in your right arm & like a baby, start cradling your leg.
  3. Now take the leg up a little higher & touch the right foot to your head.
  4. Do the same with the left leg.
