  1. Stand with your feet apart. Turning the right foot towards right side, bend the right knee. Gently turn the body also to the right side & place the palms on the right thigh. As you do this, the left leg is completely stretched & knee is above the floor.
  2. Getting the balance in this posture, now gently bend the left leg & hold it with both your palms & stretch a little back.
  3. Being the same posture, take your hands as much as you can towards your ankle & keep looking up.
  4. Once you are comfortable here, gently stretch the left leg back & right leg forward into a split & take support of your palms on the ground.
  5. To get more stretch, touch or hold the right foot with your right palm first, then the left palm, the other palm well supported on the ground.
  6. Now being in the same posture, take your hands back placing them on the leg behind & bend your body behind as much as you can.
  7. Do the whole postures on the other side.
