154 to 162 Stand with your feet apart. Stretch your arms to the sides to the level of your shoulders. Now swing your arms to the right side twisting at your waist & to the left…repeat for few times.

163 to 171 Keep your palms clasped & place them behind your head, at the nape of the neck. Swing the arms back and front so that elbows are in the front as close to each other as possible. Stretch back & forth for 20 to 25 times.

172 to 175 Now stretch your right arm up pointing the right elbow to the ceiling & place the right palm on your back. Now rotating the left arm from the back hold the right palm with the left from the back, clasping and holding it for 15 seconds.

Now repeat the same on the other
