42 to 54 HERE THERE ARE 8 MOVEMENTS OF ARMS STRETCHING AND RAISING TO BE REPEATED FOR 15 TO 20 TIMES

1. Stand tall and straight.

2. Stretch your hands in front of you, palms facing each other to 90 degrees.

3. Spread the arms outside to strait line to your ears.

4. Bring them in front of you again like in position 2.

5. Next raise above the head in strait line with palms facing each other

6. Bring them in front of you again as in position 2.

7. Spread the arms outside to strait line to your ears.

8. Once again bring the arms in front, this time clapping the palms in front.

9. Now bring down the arms to side wards as in position 1.

10. Repeat these movements for one minute or 20 times

55 To 61

Feet 3-4 foot distance apart. Holding the palms together, stretch your arms to the front from the shoulder joint. Let your palms face forward

Rise above the head holding the hands as above.

In the same way, stretch your arms up holding the palms together. Let your palms face upward.

Now bring your arms down holding the palms & stretch your arms down. Let your palms face down.

Repeat this exercise for 20 times

62 to 68

Once again stretch your arms forward holding the palms. Now gently twist to the right and to the left. Repeat 20 times.

69 to 75

Take your right arm up, now bending at the elbow, hold the palms together. The right elbow facing the ceiling. Give a good stretch to the arm. Same way, do it with the left arm. Repeat 20 times.

76 to 82

Both arms keeping free, swing both arms above head and in front of the body repeatedly and alternatively changing position of the arms front and back.

Repeat it for 20 to 25 times.
