1 to 17

 

1                            Place both palms in Namaste posture, press both the palms.

 2,3,4,5 and 6      Hands on the waist, now lift your right leg up bending at the knee in front, next left leg up. Repeat few times.

7,8 and 9             Swing 2 times each leg up backwards and down alternatively for 30 seconds or 10 times each

10,11and 12        Same way, now lift right leg up bending at the knee at the back next  left leg up. Repeat 5-10 times.

13,14,15               Feet little apart, now twist the feet and start walking on outside of  lace back wedding dress

16 and 17              your feet, keeping good balance. Press them one by one to the floor as you walk few times.
